Foreign companies working in Finland are required to adhere to Finnish legislative requirements.

Digital Company Wallet
Establishing legal entity presence for a foreign company entering Finnish market just got way faster and easier, while bringing in strong digital trust element. If you choose to enter our Notary service, you will get an immediate, public digital company identity and proof of your foreign company status. These are things that we do already, but slower with the existing Reliable Partner service. Authorised employer representatives can use a digital company wallet to exchange and obtain more digital proofs. These can be used to prove your legal compliance when transacting with eGovernment or partner companies linked to this digital ecosystem of trusted parties - in real time and without paperwork and stamps.
Digital notary process has been agreed to be available for existing companies entering from following countries
- Estonia
- Sweden
- Latvia
- Lithuania
All existing Vastuu Group partners and ecosystem members in Finland are offered access to the same digital trust platform.
Reliable Partner
In Finland the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability Act stipulates that before entering a contract, the contractor or buyer must confirm that their contracting partner fulfill their legal obligations as a contracting party and employer. If you are posting workforce to Finland the easiest way of compliance is letting us gather all the required information for you. We publish this information on a report and make it available online for all your contracting partners.
At the present time companies from the following countries can become Reliable Partners:
- Estonia
- Sweden
- Lithuania
- Latvia
- Poland
Company account
To use our services, you will need a company account. When you have created an account and signed in you can download your own and other companies’ Reliable Partner reports in the Report service or order Valtticards.
If you don’t have a company account yet, create one now.
Retrieve reports
To retrieve yours and other companies Reliable Partner reports, create a free company account. When you have created your company account, log in and select Report. Select country in the drop-down menu next to the search field. Please note, that you will not find Lithuanian/Estonian/Swedish reports unless you select desired country first.
Search using the company name or Business ID (NB! foreign companies are not found under the Finnish Business ID).
